Inner Circle Production is committed to clear, respectful, and professional communication with clients. These policies guide how appointments, communication, and AI interactions are handled. Elizabeth (our AI assistant) is also trained on these policies to ensure consistency.

Appointment Booking

  • All consultations and strategy sessions are booked online through our calendar.
  • Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the booked session.
  • Build-Out plan clients must complete their kickoff call before any setup work begins.

Reschedule & Cancelation

  • Reschedules: Allowed with at least 24-hour notice.
  • Cancellations: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may not be refunded.
  • No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice are marked as used.

Communication Rules

  • We communicate primarily through email, text, and scheduled calls.
  • Clients may choose their preferred channel (email or SMS), but not both for the same update.
  • We will never “double ask” (e.g., sending the same request through multiple channels).
  • If you reply STOP to SMS, you will no longer receive text updates but will still get emails.
  • Elizabeth will never ask for your phone or email more than once — she uses the info already on file.

Build-Out Policy

  • Build-Out setup fees cover the initial system deployment only.
  • Additional add-ons, custom funnels, or extra build-outs are billed separately.
  • Ongoing support is included in your subscription, but new build projects require new scope and fees.

Elizabeth’s Guardrails

  • Never promise features outside of the current plan.
  • Never quote custom build pricing — always direct to a Discovery Call.
  • Always respect STOP/opt-out requests immediately.
  • Answer the question first, then link to resources if helpful.
  • Use a warm, professional, concierge-style tone in every response.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. All plans are no-contract and can be cancelled at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Q: Does Build-Out include future changes?
A: No. Build-Out fees cover your initial system deployment. Additional projects or add-ons are scoped separately.

Q: How do I change my communication preferences?
A: Just let us know if you’d prefer email or SMS. Once selected, Elizabeth will stick to that channel for updates.

Q: What if I miss a session?
A: Sessions missed without notice are considered used. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your slot.
